{Sonan Jyanaiyo: The End}

Definitely in the top five of my favourite manga of all time.
As for the ending… ahh she ended up with who I wanted but I am still completely confused as to who is whose father.

Lots of thanks out to Noir who put out chapters quickly with AMAZING quality. Congrats on finishing the series!

Need more of this? Read Doubt!!, not as awesome, but contains the same comedic gold found in Sonan Jyanaiyo.

Last two chapters are already up at mangafox!
(No I am not posting all the links. If you don’t like mangafox go find it yourself.)

{Cultural Info: Gyaru/Gals}

Just thought that it would be interesting to have little articles that pertain to some popular cultural references in our favourite manga!

So you may have noticed more then once the mention of Gyaru or commonly known as Gals.
Known for their bleach blond hair and ridiculous tans, Gals are considered the height of trendy in Japan.

Although we are most acquainted with the ridiculous Manba Gals and their thick tans and bright white makeup, there are 12 30 (and counting) different types of Gals. I won’t go through but I will mention my favourite:

Hime Gyaru Dress up very fancy, literally translating as Princess Gal. Not to be confused with the Lolita style.
Long, flowing curly hair and glittery jewels make up a Hime Gyarus life perfect.

Some manga featuring Gyaru:
Otomentaru
Galism
Rhapsody in Heaven
Lovenista
Royal Seventeen

Extra:
Peach Girl

If you have any more series with Gals in them (that isn’t Super Gals) put them in the comments! Thanks! :3

{IMPORTANT: Manga Censorship}

As of yesterday Manga Fox has stopped hosting Mature manga as stated in this thread: HERE

Now this means they might start disabling every manga marked mature. As far as I can tell most of the popular smut titles are still there but that could change. As well there have been complaints about Kaichou-wa Maid-sama disappearing. I have checked the link on this site to Kaichou-Wa on Mangafox and it is still there.

And it doesn’t stop at Mangafox. Apparantly all of our favourite online readers are being targeted as quoted in this article. It’s all coming down to child pornography. (Shota/Loli)

How does this count for you since you don’t read shota/loli? Well, if Kaichou-wa was targeted this means that ANY manga with under age people in ANY sexualized situation could be targeted. Honey x Honey Drop? It’s gone.

What does this mean in the long run? The links I have put up in the past may or may not work in the future. If you could point out broken links it would be greatly appreciated. If some manga only have downloads available, and you need help downloading I can help or you can go to the link on the right that explains how. With some manga I’ve found you can’t look them up on mangafox but if you go through a link like the ones on the site you can still access them.

Thanks in advance. I’m sure we will get through this without a problem!

XOXO Kitteh

EDIT: While the links work, make sure the scans are there. For Kaichou-wa the page is there but when you chose chapters there is nothing there. I’ll try to keep the site as clean as possible so again, any help is kindly accepted.

{News: Goong}

**OMG my first “News” post!

So in a big “DUH” move, mangafox was forced to take down Goong because it’s licensed. I’m going to assume it was Yen Press.

I just want to let everyone know that Goong has been licensed since the dawn of time, by IceKuni (dead) and now YenPress.
Don’t worry, Octave Ministry is still scanlating for you and it is available on all the other links on the Goong page. I added Mangatraders as it was not there before.

It is a little disappointing considering they full on advertise their Naruto scanlations on the front page and Naruto has been licensed since the beginning of Manga in America (I kid, but it’s old).
