Opinion: I loved this series as it really encapsulated my pregnancy experience so well. Maybe I’m a little biased but the tears were REAL while reading.

The art is really beautiful and soft, with very minimal lines.

The heroine is super relatable. It’s hard to describe things without spoiling the story since it’s one volume. But each chapter goes through a month of pregnancy, so that’s pretty straightforward.

I feel like media portrays motherhood as something everyone does and it comes so naturally. As if women are just BORN with innate mothering senses. But in reality it’s confusing and scary as much as it is exciting. This one shot really shows the ups and downs of pregnancy: how it influences the heroine, her relationship with her husband, and even her friends and career.

Very cute, I highly recommend it if you’re a mom, you want to be a mom someday, or are just interested in a series on pregnancy. Really enjoyed it.

PS: I know the image I used is a SPOILER but not really ;)

Also I’m so pleased that this series could be my first review since I had my little one back in May of 2022.
