Opinion: I love this series although it’s definitely not perfect. There are pacing issues and some holes but they all seem related to the mangaka being new.
The main characters are the most interesting part of the series. I love the flexibility of the male lead as an androgynous model. They are both drawn so beautifully and I love the fashion aspect.
So I wanna start with the things I don’t like, cause I do really love this series. I think the heroines “guy allergy” is VERY flexible? It’s kind of abandoned pretty quickly and doesn’t come up often, she even meets a high school friend and she has no reaction? The male lead is so interesting but we don’t get a lot of backstory and his character seems a little inconsistent as well.
That said the characters are unique, the art is mesmerizing, and the magnetism between the two characters is unparalleled. Such an exciting love story.
If you live to read series that give that “doki doki” feeling don’t miss this. If weird inconsistencies keep you up at night you should skip.
