Opinion: Love the graphics sooo much. I mean, I don’t think they are ridiculously original but it’s a style so seldom used in shoujo and I’m just really impressed. Very straight forward, slim, streamlined. It seems a strange way to describe art but I’m serious. It also matches the characters very well. A+
The story is so cliche. Been there done that. Still a guilty and luscious pleasure though. I mean how many completely original romance novels can there be? The characters are so fun and I found myself laughing quite literally out loud. I totally understand the heroines struggle to be feminine. It’s sweet.
There was a lot of potential there though that was untapped. I feel like the author has a better grasp on the idea of the age gap forced marriage then any predecessors… but keeps the story and the characters relationship very shallow. More emotion! Maybe if it was longer then 1 volume?
