Opinion: Drawings are very interesting. Feels like shounen with shoujo details. It’s important to keep in mind this is a manhwa.
Can I first point out: Oh my God I have never read a Korean smut series before. I didn’t even know they existed. Of course there are series with sex in them, but they aren’t “Smut”.
First of all: Rape and abuse. This guy is abusive and manipulative and awful so if you hate that stuff don’t even bother. On the other hand if you are great at the suspension of disbelief then you may enjoy this story.
One of my favourite series “Girl in Heels” also deals with a slightly similar scenerio with abuse but it’s handled a lot better. In “Girl in Heels” it feels like a constant exchange of power between the two, in this it just feels like the guy is pushing and pushing and the chick is just rolling over. He’s a psycho.
Past that I do like the obsessive love stuff so I will definitely continue to read. I don’t think it’s great but it’s okay. Hopefully as the story progresses the characters will become more three dimensional rather then stay stereotypical.
PS: What is with Manhwa and Gangs?

Hello?! Could not agree more with your manhwaXgangs comment! Every story has to have the main character either a part of a jjang or the victim of one! Sheesh! Maybe that’s just an exaggeration of what we call cliques here? I suppose most kids are part of some clique or another… But yes, it is a ridonkulously overused trope in Manhwa.
PS I’ve only read the first two chapters of Volume 1. Are you telling me he remains the brutish and alarmingly assholish imp he is portrayed to be then, throughout till volume 5?
