Summary: Kako Saeki is a senior in high school. She has been modeling and harboring her love for her favorite art teacher, Enjoe. Her heart breaks when she finds out that her love is actually engaged. Now, Kako’s innocent love takes a dangerous turn when she finds out who he’s engaged to…
Opinion: Graphics, as usual from this mangaka, are gorgeously detailed and sometimes down right eerie.
Now my opinion on the plot. Let me start by saying “All aboard the crazy train, whoo whoo!”. Holy cow, so intense. Strange and obsessive but not completely fulfilling. It felt like we were being shown the character, and didn’t really feel anything for her. I think it would have been way more suspenseful if the reader was able to be there with her in her descent.
As for the ending… oh my ups and downs. I feel like the main character shouldn’t be rewarded for crazy but the teacher is such a bad ass. I’d love to see more of their relationship. Suddenly everything is turned and you’re wondering who the real crazy one is. The mangaka could have played that up a little more.
Read this if you like psychological things. Suspenseful.
Summary: Aya has a great boyfriend Kento who treasures her a lot. But she is also attracted to Kento’s older brother, who has a twisted personality. How come she can’t stay away from him and she goes so far to cheat on her boyfriend? Will Aya’s sense prevails over her sensibility?
Opinion: The graphics are really nice… except for when it comes to the elder brother. The way he is drawn in comparison to everyone else really, really, really freaks me out. He has cute moments but he genuinely looks EVIL. All I could think of the whole story was that her boyfriend looks like Mufasa and his brother looks like Scar. (Now you can’t unsee it and you haven’t even read it yet!)
The plot is so cliche. It’s been written a million times with the same sob story… but this manga-ka has a super interesting way playing things out. I never felt connected to the main character but it didn’t feel like I was supposed to. It was as if she wrote and drew it in a way like you were watching a documentary. It’s so subtle, but you finish it with a strange feeling. It was scary at times. Suspenseful and twisted. Then you look back and literally think “Oh my God that was the most cliche story… but why was it good?”
My only complaint is with the ending. UGH the ending. Why? She doesn’t learn anything. No one does. Why when everything else was so perfect? ;_;
Summary: A spoiled rough and tumble girl comes to terms with her male childhood friend getting a girlfriend.

*JK I wrote that summary, it’s not on MU but there’s a link to MU anyways.
Graphics Rating: 5/5
Plot Rating: 4/5
Opinion: The graphics are so glorious. My favourite mangaka in terms of art. Very detailed and intricate.
The plot line is pretty much your regular shoujo fair. But what makes this so damn unique are the characters. The way they react to situations they way they feel and think… it’s far from stereotypical.
Well, okay I lied. The guy messes up pretty hard in the end. The reason for him finally running back to her should not have been about her mom… I’ll leave it at that to avoid spoilers.
Read this! Even if you think the story might be BS the art is just so damn good. SO. GOOD. I haven’t got a freaking clue as to why I haven’t reviewed this before because I’ve read it and loved it before.
Summary: Iri and Yukimi have been best friends for two years, and they have something in common–both of them have crushes on two of the coolest guys in school! But they both decide to change that. Iri talks Yukimi into making a game out of it. They’ll both do their best to confess their feelings to their crushes and see what happens. But then, Iri begins to make more progress than Yukimi…?
Opinion: So I’ve read 2, 3, and 4. The graphics in two and three are strangely a lot nicer then in four. I like the first two, the last one not so much.
The second story was confusing as anything and the girl was an idiot. I was confused most of the time but I think I understand it… maybe. Didn’t like it.
Third story was the best of the three. Finally a manga that tackles someone who is cheated on and it doesn’t magically resolve itself and there aren’t rainbows and puppy dogs. Still very dry and the characters are one dimensional.
Fourth and last story was freaking terrible. I know it’s only a oneshot but the emotions didn’t come across at all. I didn’t care about either character. I mean it’s great that the main girl has this awesome character arc but you don’t even really care when she figures everything out. Plus the guys dumb.
Call me crazy but I didn’t like this too much. Way to mediocre with nothing to save it. Sad.
Hey I know it’s a little early but if you’ve followed this blog for the past three years you would know that I go away every Christmas. I leave tomorrow morning (5 hours! Eeek!)
To Ottawa, the land of old people and no internet connection.
At least they have Anime Extreme although I dunno if we will have time to go u_u.
I’ve been trying to post but it’s taking a super long time and I’m totally sorry about that.
Either the server or wordpress is dicking around, either way I don’t like it.
~Changes~
*New layout with graphics from Pureblood Boyfriend (8 months… awkward.)
*Tag board is going to disappear because it’s no longer free, any recommendations for alternatives?

Anyways I wish you all a safe and happy holiday/Christmas/Hannukah is still going!
I’ll be back Monday so I can wish you guys Happy New Years so don’t worry bout that
Summary: No one knows that 1st year Rena (16) and upperclassman Kyouta (18) are in fact married. This manga follows them in their lives to discover more about each other and keep the fact they are married a secret from everyone at school. They’ll be tested in Jealousy, love confessions, exams, love, mother in laws, embarrassing situations, noisy neighbors and teachers.
Opinion: It’s cute. For an fairly recent manga the graphics really give an old school vibe. Very thin lines, sketchy. It’s the authors style though so if you’ve liked any of the other stuff it hasn’t changed.
The plot is sweet and must be taken with an open mind. The fact that they dated for six months and then got married is beyond me. Especially since they are different ages and it isn’t like they were childhood friends. Very confusing.
Otherwise I guess it’s a cute little distraction. The things they go through kind of simulate just a couple in love, living together, as well as dealing with disapproving parents.
If you don’t know what SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) is this video will help you out as well give you the BEST way to stop it in it’s tracks AS WELL as punish it’s supporters.
SOPA will go against everything the internet stands for. This allows the US to control the internet around the world. If you pirate something or so much as link to copyrighted material, you could be extradited to the US to be tried and jailed for something that isn’t even illegal in your country.
This impacts you/us so much considering manga scanlations are a massive copyright infringement. Not only will you scanlations be affected but websites like Youtube, Tumblr, and Reddit could be completely SHUT DOWN.
What can you do? You can start by showing this video to as many people as you can. Put it on facebook, reblog it on tumblr, put it on tumblr, put it on your blog, link to it on twitter, get it to as many places as you can. You can go even further by sending it to politicians in your country.
The information in this video shows the truth about the SOPA supporters. The information in this video could not only stop SOPA but implicate those behind it. For too long Warner Bros and Disney have had the world revolve around them. We have to stop this!
Finished my exams last week~ Hope everyone is done/nearly done.
Got on honour role again!
Just wanna give a huge Happy Hannukah in here.
No new reviews just because I haven’t really been reading anything new lately.
Send me recommendations! What are your favourites?
They HAVE to be shoujo related or Josei… just cause that’s the point of this website. :3
I mentioned the yaoi website a long time ago but I’m meeting with the two running it maybe tomorrow so we will seeeeeeeeee. I dunno if I can get there cause Maegan the one who is throwing the party lives kinda far from me (neighboring city) and the transit there sucks. But I really wanna get that up soon.
Anyways cheers, I haven’t disappeared again! <3
PS: DOES ANYONE WATCH VAMPIRE DIARIES!? I love it so much. Just finished the first season. DamonxElena forever.

Tough Ikemen!!
Tetsunosuke, a horrible guy, is currently living with Rinko. It’s a guy that needs scolding!?
A perverted Ikemen!!
Who will heal Miwa’s pain. A close call with a perverted classmate!
Extra: Graphics are fairly straight forward. Very shoujo and cute.
The plot was SO confusing. I had no idea what was going on a majority of the time. Near the end I kind of understand what was going on but even then. In the beginning I kept going back to see if the pages were some how jumbled. There were too many characters in this short story and some of it I get. And it might have worked in a long story but not something this short.
Pretty bad. Probably why no one has uploaded it anywhere else on the net.

Summary: Six years ago, Yuzuki was secretly going out with her homeroom teacher, Tsuji. After finishing college, she became a homeroom teacher at her alma-mater and got reunited with him.
The stories were very bleh. I dunno they were just really original while at the same time being kind of predictable. I liked it though. It’s just a oneshot so it’s a great way to waste time.
